(1) According to the instructions of the Prime Minister, the Secretary of the Council of Ministers will call the meeting of the Council of Ministers.
(1a) Even when the Prime Minister is on a visit to the country or abroad, the meeting of the Council of Ministers can be held using information technology including video conferencing.
(2) The Prime Minister shall preside over the meeting of the Council of Ministers (3) Ministers of State and Assistant Ministers can also attend the meeting of the Council of Ministers if the Prime Minister gives permission.
